Thank me later.
Has anyone created Healthcare related SaaS products??
Just curious if anyone has experience making healthcare related SaaS products and had to deal with HIPAA certifications, etc. Currently working on one and don't want to make any costly legal mistakes. Let me know :)

I don't remember the name but one just hit like $1million MRR in like 6 weeks and was on the news on twitter it basically complies all the data points for a customer like tests, allergies, all the history in just one sheet.
The 10-Hour Test
Most of you have spent 200+ hours "learning AI." Almost none of you have spent 10 hours selling it. Not because you can't sell. Not because there are no buyers. Because building feels safe. Selling feels exposing. One group has tabs full of tutorials. The other has a Stripe notification. Which sound do you wake up to — and what's stopping you from switching?

Dying is the easy part, Living is difficult same way Learning is the easy part, earning is the difficult part.
How I built a zero-latency AI translation engine with $0 in API costs (Bypassing the Cloud)
I see a lot of absolute wizards in here building insane workflows with n8n, Make, and Claude. But watching agency owners bleed recurring revenue on the "API Tax" just to run basic language processing on client websites was driving me crazy. Cloud APIs are brilliant for heavy lifting, but for front-end web architecture, they introduce massive latency, server bloat, and layout shifts. So, I bypassed the cloud entirely. I started experimenting with edge-computed AI, specifically hijacking the browser's native neural network capabilities (like window.translation). Instead of pinging an OpenAI server and waiting for a response to translate a DOM element, the processing happens directly on the user's local hardware in real-time. The result? - Zero API calls. (Completely free to run at infinite scale). - Zero latency. (Instant translation with no loading spinners). - Zero layout jank. I finally packaged this local-first architecture into a deployable module called Lexicon. We are initiating the global deployment on Product Hunt this morning. If you are tired of paying a recurring tax to Anthropic or OpenAI for simple DOM mutations, drop a comment. I’ll send you the Product Hunt uplink to support the launch, or I can just hand you the raw architectural blueprint so you can see exactly how to bake edge-AI into your own stack.

Hell yeah
solo founder, adhd, building my own ai os. one thing surprised me.
hey AIS 👋 been lurking nate's videos for months and finally got in. quick context: solo founder out of israel, building an AI ops system for paid-ads agencies. i have adhd so for me automation isn't a "nice to have", it's literally how i function. claude code + n8n is basically my external prefrontal cortex at this point. what's been wild lately: started with one tiny agent that drafts my daily client reports. saved me ~6h a week. then i layered another one that scans whatsapp + email for stuff i missed. now i'm chaining them into something that feels less like a workflow and more like a junior employee that never sleeps. the part nobody warned me about → the bottleneck stops being the build. it becomes MY taste. reviewing 30 agent outputs a day is harder than writing them myself used to be. quick question for the room: what's the ONE automation that actually changed how YOU work day to day? (not a client project, the one you built for yourself) trying to hit level 3 so i can finally unlock the AI OS course 😅 would love to steal some inspiration from people way ahead of me 🙏
