I’ve been a member for nearly one year now. Being a devout follower of HIT protocol for most of my life (Jones, Mentzer, et al), only old audios a very few videos exist of these early pioneers espousing these ideals of exercise science. Heavy Duty Nation is directly operated by the only direct descendant of Mike Mentzer. Where Mentzer improved upon Jones’s hypothesis, Marcus has evolved Mentzer’s early work into the next level for a modern audience. It’s all here.
