Hey 👋 I’m Jay! I'm from Germany, but I moved to Galicia in the summer of 2025 to live with my partner. I essentially stumbled into the coliving scene through some projects at Anceu Coliving, and I’ve been hooked ever since! It’s been incredible building a community here while enjoying everything the Galician nature has to offer. Right now, my life is a bit of a balancing act: part-time student working on my bachelor’s thesis (investigating SDGs in coliving communities) and part-time Anceu baker (see the photo for evidence) I’m also prepping my van to hit the road, so everything feels very transitional right now. I’m just ready to jump in and see where the current takes me :)
