Hey everyone 👋 A friend of mine is building a beautiful coliving project in the Lake District in the UK and she’s currently inviting volunteers to join during August. It’s still in the early stages, so this is very much for people who enjoy hands-on projects, slower living, nature, community building, renovation/upcycling vibes, and contributing ideas to help shape a future coliving space. The exchange is: • Accommodation • Community living • Time in nature • In exchange for around 1–2 hours/day of help, 5 days/week Some of the things they’ll work on: • Gardening & outdoor maintenance • Clearing and transforming spaces • Upcycling furniture • Creating future chill / fitness / community areas • General house projects and creative ideas The place is an old farmhouse in Cumbria near the Lake District, full of character and surrounded by beautiful nature. Coloc Housing is launching its first ever Content Creator Residency this July in Liège, Belgium. We will have up to 16 content creators from all over the world living together in a stunning restored Belgian townhouse for the month of July. Different niches, different nationalities, different backgrounds, all under one roof. We are looking for someone who can hold the space for this group. In practice that means welcoming creators as they arrive, organising community events and shared moments throughout the month, gently guiding everyone to maintain and respect the shared living space, and encouraging creators to actually get out there and create their content.
