STOP DRINKING DEAD WATER‼️
I can’t emphasize enough the significance of proper hydration. It’s not just about gulping down water, which can actually be counterproductive. Here’s why: frequent urination and clear urine indicate excessive water intake. This flushing out of essential minerals, such as sodium, disrupts the balance of electrolytes in your blood. Additionally, bottled or tap water, while possibly filtered, often lacks mineral content. This can lead to bloating, brain fog, illness, and a lack of energy. Over time, dehydration can accelerate the aging process by causing cells to become dehydrated. Don’t wait until your body signals thirst. At that point, your body has already adjusted its rhythms, compromising your energy, focus, and emotional stability. The solution lies in building hydration habits. Start by filtering your water and adding minerals back into it. When waking up 10-15 minutes before your morning routine, add high-quality salt or minerals to 12-24 ounces of water. Avoid hydrating at night, but make sure to drink water in the morning. Always incorporate salt, minerals, or electrolytes into your water. Sipping water throughout the day is more effective than chugging it. As for monitoring your hydration levels, pale lemonade indicates proper hydration, while clear urine suggests overhydration. On the other hand, apple juice indicates dehydration.

Breaking my fast
This morning, I broke my face with filtered water, organic black coffee, raw butter. A lot of you guys are on the weight loss journey, and this can even apply to those getting more calories in. Shreds: first thing we implement is how we break our fast in the morning breaking your fast with warm water this morning and with fat is how you prompt the body to use fat as energy. Keep programming the body to use fat. Bulk: it’s essential to get calories in today I have a rest day so breaking my fast with fat and gonna be focused more on protein today. Typically during training days I’ll break my fast with sugar so that way I get some carbs in and make myself more hungry and then satiate with healthy fats and protein.
