BStock Load Just Landed Today
Our shipment came in this morning and it’s looking solid. A couple of heavy hitters we’ve sold plenty of times before, plus a few wildcard pieces like a few patio sets we’re excited to test on the market. We’ll break down the manifest, expected ROI, and our cleaning game plan once everything’s unwrapped but so far, this load looks promising. If you’re curious how we choose winning pallets or want to see the full breakdown, drop a comment and I’ll share more!

Sales Problem
Hi Everyone, hope you all are killing it this weekend 🔥 Just wanted to come on here and have a discussion regarding your guys sales process. We use marketplace and make carousel ads then boost them at $25 a day for 2 days . We have Open hours on Saturday & Sunday from 12-5pm . We typically get between 6-8 sales from those ads . We also have a Facebook group & Instagram where we post all our couches and get sales from people who have seen our facebooks ads or visited our warehouse on the weekends. We really want to be at 15 sales a week but haven’t been able to do so. We do post on marketplace individual listings organically but rarely sell from there . Mainly get sales from walk ins on weekends with a few during the week from our Facebook Group. What helped you guys reach said 15+ sales a week? Thanks guys ! I’m more than happy to share more info too

@Bryan S sounds good, it’s definitely something we will look into. Just worried about shadowbanning . Would you recommend reposting it or just boosting the listing come Thursday ?

Got it , okay we will definitely start boosting this week. From those 25-30 listings , how many do you sell within that timeframe being boosted ?
💬 Real Talk Thursday – open discussions, questions, or lessons learned
At some point, every flipper hits that wall where you think… “I can’t keep doing all this myself.” Between cleaning, pickups, listings, and deliveries, it’s a lot. But here’s the flip side: hiring too early can eat into your margins. We’ve been there. Sometimes it helps, sometimes it just adds more moving parts (and headaches). So let’s talk about it, have you brought anyone on yet? Cleaner, delivery guy, warehouse help, whatever it is… did it actually free up your time or just cost you profit? Our experience: we didn't bring anyone in until 2 months in after we got our initial Bstock order. But at that time it was needed as we were making $40-50k in revenue already. Drop your experience below 👇 Let’s hear how everyone in the Bid. Sell. Profit.

My cousin and I were just having this discussion! We hired way too early 2 cleaners . We are scaling back now to get our sales going again, hit our target sales number of 15 sales a week then hire more cleaners . If anything it was eating into our margins . $16/hr for 2 cleaners we were at around $1200 per week. The costs did not equate to the amount of profit we were making .
🏆 Wins Wednesday – Thomasville Tisdale Flip
Picked up this Thomasville Tisdale light grey earlier in the week for $200 and it turned out to be one of those easy dub that we all love. This one came in super clean, no rips, no stains, no pet issues. Literally just a quick steam clean and vacuum and it was photo-ready. No repairs, no heavy lifting on the cleaning side. We listed it and ended up moving it for $800 picked up. $600 profit on a smooth flip. Not every win has to be a massive B-Stock haul… sometimes it’s just these clean, simple flips that keep the momentum going. What’s everyone else winning with this week? 👇
