But here’s the flip side: hiring too early can eat into your margins. We’ve been there. Sometimes it helps, sometimes it just adds more moving parts (and headaches).

Our experience: we didn't bring anyone in until 2 months in after we got our initial Bstock order. But at that time it was needed as we were making $40-50k in revenue already.
