Where can I get (online) a good standard maintenance check list for summer and winter that would be a good guideline?

How long should a good Fall and Spring maintenance take if done properly? Trying to gauge different companies expectations, 45 minutes, 1 hour, etc.....

Morning Frederick, Great webinar yesterday. I found it to be filled with great information. My question is can you still sell maintenance programs if you don't have a contrators license? I'm a bit older but my son and nephew are both in HVAC and one day we hope to launch our own company, but for now we are all just taking in getting the experience.

I met @Erica Leonor when she came to Houston to Teach CSRs (Customer Service Reps)/ business owners/ techs how to answer the phones. A class I definitely did not think I needed. Until I couldn’t understand why I wasn’t having trouble booking HomeAdvisor and Angi’s leads, BUT my sister and anyone else I’d hire would hate those leads or any “price shopper” leads. Took her class and learned I could teach a process (system) to anyone answering the phones. That I wasn’t special. I just hadn’t laid it out to my team on how to do this very important task. You’d be surprised how much we can loose $$$ not knowing how to answer the phones properly! We have stayed in touch through the years!
