Is "Tren Rage" Really About the Compound... Or Recovery?
Everyone talks about aggression, but almost nobody talks about what happens when your nervous system is overloaded. Bad sleep, elevated stress, stimulants, and poor recovery can completely change your mood and how you respond to everything around you. I shared the recovery habits that have made the biggest difference for me in this Short: 👉 https://youtube.com/shorts/QEGMD2gOwjo Let's hear from the community... What's had the biggest impact on keeping your mood stable during intense training or demanding periods of life? Sleep? Magnesium? Stress management? Something else? Share what's worked for you. Your experience might help someone else.

@Tony Huge I can't stand people, I get an ulcer I get so annoyed even though I have a calm temperament.
The only compound proven to lengthen telomeres in humans
Telomeres are the caps on your chromosomes. Every time a cell divides, they get shorter. When they're gone, you die. TA‑65 activates telomerase – the enzyme that rebuilds telomeres. Isolated from the Chinese herb Astragalus. This new book says: not slow shortening – actually lengthen. Question for the group: If you could add 10 healthy years to your life, what would you do with them? Full longevity and telomere protocols: 👉 http://tonyhuge.is/miracle-now

@Tony Huge I heard cancer uses Telomeres also, will this increase cancer life cells?
Sleep Is the Number One Performance Drug – Here's How to Hack It After 30
Sleep is when most GH is released by your pituitary. It's necessary for recovery, muscle growth, and cognitive function. But after 30, your GH pulse flattens, and your pineal gland starts calcifying. Translation: your sleep quality tanks, and you don't even realize it. My new book breaks down the Sleep & Longevity Stack: Ipamorelin: Restores deep slow-wave sleep (the actual restorative phase) Epitalon: A twice-yearly peptide that lengthens telomeres and resets your biological clock This isn't melatonin. This is biological engineering. Question for the group: On a scale of 1 to 10, how restorative is your sleep right now? What's the biggest thing screwing it up? @Tony Huge I am currently in a weekly blast phase and taking 1,300 mg of testosterone per week, 600 mg of Deca per week, and 50 mg of Anavar on workout days only. I also take 1 mg of Anastrozole once or twice per week, 10 mg of Lisinopril approximately every other day, 10,000 IU of Vitamin D2 per week, and 12.5 mg of Zepbound weekly. For focus and energy, I take 10 mg of Adderall as needed and occasionally switch to 100 mg of Modafinil. You can add coffee in between. I use a CPAP machine to help with sleep. 4 hours of sleep is normal - I wake up at 2:00 a.m. to start work at 4:00 a.m. and typically work until 1:00 p.m. I usually take a nap between 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. and then go to the gym. I lift heavy weights five times per week. My current height is 5'10" and I weigh 220 pounds. I estimate my body fat to be over 20%, and it may be closer to 30%. When I eat carbohydrates, I alternate between Slin pills and Metformin to help manage glucose utilization and insulin sensitivity.
Has anyone actually run low-dose Reta + MK-677?
In my new book Better Than Natural (coming in less than 60 days), Chapter 13, I talk about something most longevity guys miss: GLP-1 agonists are direct anti-aging drugs. Six pathways – autophagy, senescence, mitochondria, DNA repair, inflammaging, telomeres. But a full dose of semaglutide kills appetite. You can't grow. The fix I lay out: low-dose retatrutide (triple agonist) + MK-677 to counter appetite through ghrelin. Has anyone actually run this stack? GLP-1 plus a GH secretagogue – growth and cleanup at the same time. Let me know what you experienced.

@Tony Huge Did Mk 777 fall of the map
Most people don’t understand what Orforglipron is.
This isn’t just another fat loss compound. It works on the GLP-1 pathway — the system that controls hunger, blood sugar, and how much you eat. When that’s dialed in, everything changes. You get: Reduced appetite Better control over food More consistent fat loss This is where most people fail. Not effort — control. If you can’t control hunger, you don’t control results. This gives you that control. If you’re serious about tightening up your diet and actually seeing progress, go get it now: https://swisschems.is/product/orforglipron-6mg-90caps/ Buy it, use it, and come back here and report that you did.

@Tony Huge I use Zepbound at 5 mg twice a week as a maintenance dose to help prevent fat regain. I’m no longer losing weight, but I’ve noticed it’s more difficult to build muscle.
