Hello, my name is Javier. I am 33 years old and I am an electrical technician. I started working as an assistant when I was 17, and I spent many years working in residential and commercial electrical systems. At the age of 23, I obtained my certification as a technician in electrical systems and industrial control, and I have been working in that field ever since. I have worked for different companies and in various sectors, and today I am interested in starting my own business.

I've been around electrical work my whole life! My first official job was working for my dad in his business when I was 14 during the summer between school. I've been doing it ever since. I officially started the apprenticeship in 2017 ( I was 22) and got my J-Card 4 years later. During that time, I also started learning about the business and taking over a lot of the management responsibilities. My dad always kept the business pretty small and was an "Owner-Operator" since starting the business in 2003. When I started getting into management, there was a lot I started to change inside the business to help it run more efficiently and keep ourselves a lot more organized. I started the TVE social media pages in August of 2025 and found a decent amount of success doing that. That has inspired me to create this community and work with others who own or want to own their own business as well. I was given a 'jumpstart' into this business journey and I think because of that, I can offer my own knowledge to others who don't have the resources I did to get going. I'm not the best at electrical work, business, or anything to be honest. I do think I'm decently good at a lot of it though and I'd love to work with others who are better than me at some of this stuff.
