Sundays are a perfect day to reset for the week ahead. What have you done today to prepare you for the week? Whether it’s meal prepped, organized your work bags, clothes out in the morning, had a self-care day, financial planning… they ALL matter. Sundays, I tend to wake up and wanting to accomplish 1 million things. Knowing that it’s impossible, I pick one thing that feels most fulfilling (in all ways) and I knock it out. We have to remind ourselves, not to get overwhelmed with our massive to-do list. There will always be things to get done. Let’s get out of survival mode 😉
