Austin, welcome to the group. Great question. I’ve looked at both, and I think the bigger question is less “Which platform is better?” and more “Which one will your athletes actually use as part of a recruiting strategy?” Both FieldLevel and SportsRecruits can give athletes a recruiting profile, college research tools, ways to communicate with programs, and information about college interest. FieldLevel also puts a lot of emphasis on the coach-to-coach network and allows team coaches to promote athletes to college coaches. SportsRecruits has a strong organization/team setup, unlimited video, highlight-reel tools, school research, target lists, messaging, and tracking which colleges are viewing an athlete's profile or video. If I were choosing for an entire team, SportsRecruits would probably get a very serious look from me, especially if the team is purchasing access for everybody and the coaching staff is going to actively manage the process. But here's the part I would emphasize to your manager and your families: The platform isn't the recruiting strategy. You can have the best recruiting profile in the world and still accomplish very little if the athlete isn't identifying realistic schools, contacting the right coaches, sending useful video, following up, continuing to develop, taking care of academics, and building actual relationships. I would evaluate the two platforms based on a few things: 1. Which platform makes it easiest for your players to identify schools that are actually a good athletic, academic, geographic, and financial fit? 2. Can the athletes communicate directly with those coaches? 3. Can you see which coaches are actually engaging with profiles and video? 4. How good are the video tools? 5. Can your team coaches easily monitor and assist each player's recruiting process? 6. What does it cost the family/team to get the features you actually need? 7. Most importantly: Will your coaching staff actually build a recruiting process around it?

@Mckenzie Vaughan Hitting is the one of the most fun parts of the game. Here is what I sent to the DU team. If you need me to elaborate, or give you some specific ways to implement this, let me know. Hitting: Get him to focus on anything but his swing. I like to use something like a hip, foot or pinky. Then throw him reps fast enough where he won’t have time to think. The body learns faster and easier when the mind doesn't get in the way of the learning.
