Well, you ponder that for a moment, I will share what we do We’ll gather for an hour. We will begin by creating a sacred space and chatting for a few minutes. It’s because community is the heart of everything here. It’s not the actress. It’s core. Then I will share some teaching and practices that will help you as an empath/highly sensitive person to cope with the muchness of life. In the past, we’ve explored, connecting with your spirit, guides, meditation for empath, and basic shielding. At the free level, you may come to the live teaching. What did you like to watch as a kid?

If you feel inclined, please let us know - Where you were raised- - A favorite childhood food - A favorite childhood activity - Where you live now - Something that brings you joy now _____ I'll start - I'm m originally from Chicago and lived there until I went away to get my master's degree - As a kid I loved Captain crunch peanut butter cereal. They've changed it and it sucks now - Favorite activity was playing let's pretend. I would make up all kinds of interesting stories, often involving my stuffed animals or other toys and often involving spirits that came to visit. Of course most people thought the spirits were imaginary friends. - Currently I live in rural Missouri. - Lots of things bring me joy including playing with my animals, building this community, listening to the birds and watching them at my theaters, reading a good book, crafting, and playing with my planner and stickers Your turn, if you want!
