🔥 DAY 1: 30-DAY WHOLESALE CHALLENGE 🔥 📍 Louisville, KY (“Lou”) The challenge officially starts today. Since Kentucky has laws that directly affect wholesalers and how deals can be marketed, I decided my first priority would be building a strong buyers list. My thinking is simple: when I lock up a deal, I want buyers already in place. So far today: ✅ Joined nearly every Louisville real estate and investor group I could find ✅ Started networking and engaging with local investors, landlords, and flippers ✅ Received a massive cash buyer list from my buddy Rick that I’m working through ✅ Identified several title companies that appear to be investor-friendly and familiar with assignments and double closings ✅ Started getting messages and making new connections in the Louisville market What’s interesting is that even though I came into this market knowing virtually nobody, my phone is already starting to pick up with investor conversations. That’s exactly what I hoped would happen. The goal of this challenge isn’t just to get a deal. It’s to document what happens when you enter a completely unfamiliar market and take consistent action every single day. We’re still early in Day 1, but momentum is building.
