Hi to all. I'm 45 years old and from Barbados. Developed a rotator cuff problem doing conventional dumbbell lifts and was looking for a more functional exercise... my fascination for kettlebells started from there. Goals are weight loss and conditioning in prep for hiking which is another love of mine. Moving the body and testing it to see what it's capable of is kinda my thing so glad to be here.
