So I was diagnosed type 2 diabetes and had tried lose weight the way that I always could before this but now being older nothing seemed to work but thanks to this group and Kevin things are going the correct way replacing fat with muscle which I know is definitely working as people I haven’t seen for a while are commenting that I’ve lost weight which is such a buzz… the group of guys are really great everybody getting inspiration and ideas , swapping good recipes
