One of the biggest problems I see with local artist's in my region is they get anxiety, frustration, and discouraged by not having local support from their friends and family....I think this is a problem everywhere... If you've ever been there, how do you stay motivated?

Yep this is a big problem. People I meet after a long time always ask me, "Hey are you still making music?" and when I tell them yeah, I've put out x number of albums in the past year, you can check em out, they're like "yeah for sure". They never do check em out though hahaha, and the next time I meet them they ask me the same question. But yeah I've learnt its best not to rely on friends and family to listen to your music, just be happy they're your friends/family. You will find other people who connect with you through music.

Preferred DAW??
This one's for the engineers or people who record themselves! What's your preferred DAW?? Personally, I've been using Adobe Audition pretty much since I started recording myself lmao I used Audacity for like a week before I switched over. It's been like 8 years since then and I'm still using it lol I tried Logic and Reaper in the last year or so and it all feels wayyy too foreign

I started on FL, but moved to logic years ago. Recently my laptop started acting up so i got ableton on my windows pc. Personally, I love logic, something about its UI is very good for arrangement of your track. Ableton is dope too, but for mixing and arrangement I prefer logic
