+ 500 Million Organic Views on Instagram : $0 Spent
Hello Community, Yes, you read it right! Over the past months, I've accumulated over 500 million organic views across the Instagram pages I manage, doubling my follower count across various niche pages. As I've delved deeper into content marketing as a music marketer, I owe a big thank you to @Sean Taylor and @Jacorey Barkley for their guidance through the marketing program I've undertaken and the resources they've provided. These past months have been incredible in terms of implementation, to the extent that I've seen my posts circulating multiple times across niche accounts. Now, it's my turn to give back with some insights: - The algorithm isn't against you; you just need to learn how to show your content to the right audience. BIG BIG FACT - I consistently have posts hitting over 1 million views within 24 hours or less. By analyzing metrics like likes within the first 30 minutes to 1 hour, you can gauge the potential success of your video. - Don't delete or archive your posts, NEVER. One of my most viral posts, with 15 million views, took over a week and a half to gain traction. - After testing various strategies on multiple accounts, I've noticed significant growth and exponential results around the 150-post mark. It's not about quantity over quality but rather how quantity drives improvement. - Before posting, ask yourself: why are you posting and what's the objective? - It may sound cliché, but it's true: this is a marathon, not a sprint. Rome wasn't built in a day; keep producing and improving. - Even if you have a great video, if the first minute doesn't grab attention, no one will see its greatness. - Every account is different; don't compare audiences across different niches.

SYNC LICENSING
Tops my good people. Has anyone had any success with Sync Licensing? I’m really trying to educate myself on it because I’m very interested. The music is the easier part for me.

UMG reportedly to pull music catalog from TikTok starting tomorrow at midnight following unsuccessful negotiations.
Fascinating, considering the proven impact of TikTok on the music industry and even on culture at large, given their significant integration of short-form content into our society—a trend worth keeping an eye on. Contemplating a continued trajectory in this direction, I believe it could also present an opportunity for independent artists and those distributed through TikTok's parent company, ByteDance. As for those who thought trending sounds were the ultimate key, let's hope they haven't placed all their hopes there. Otherwise, they might find themselves with videos as silent as a library on a Sunday afternoon. https://techcrunch.com/2024/01/30/universal-music-group-plans-to-pull-song-catalog-from-tiktok/?guccounter=1&guce_referrer=aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuZ29vZ2xlLmNvbS8&guce_referrer_sig=AQAAAAXsYL0E4T806Iw_jM4sEFKCH_7B7lTiGck6LJr7_-z-BQVrsDSEbbNUmIiHQ6DtAlxuIJOUtXiC5QWoGPXLGP0AxtoublJo5BbG1WYgGPgrlrLRTLM2IOgQ1YKCZojCrShAdVWjj5GWII5VKQ1LeuGtxHc7PzZAEPltHIuh2I15 https://twitter.com/chartdata/status/1752488893805384076

hello sean, how are you ?? hope everything goes well My questions : Following Question on Company Skills 1) In the section about model packages, you mentioned taking three different price points: Here's a quick question. How would you set prices if the ones you can negotiate with your suppliers are really cheap? For example, if you can get posts on pages with an average of 200,000 followers and 80,000 views for very good price of 40 euros, I'm guessing you wouldn't charge 300 euros for five posts (1 million cumulative followers with an average of 400,000 views). Even at that price, it would be incredibly low. How would you determine your prices then, if you can negotiate very attractive prices with your suppliers? (In order for this to benefit both you and the customer, I find it hard to have a view on what constitutes a good price or whether it's too expensive, especially as I'm skilled at negotiating with my service providers. In this case, I don't have a clear idea of what's considered expensive or cheap for a reach of a million, well what would be the right price because then as you say paying 50k views roughly for 50 euros for a post in terms of perfomance would be really good but then how to position yourself on that and be able to make money in agency without saying I'm too greedy or not but just I negotiate well so my margins are quite interesting without the customer feeling .... ) Following Question on Instagram content (From the Podcast) 2 ) I understand that when it comes to finding formats or content strategy on TikTok, it is "necessary to find successful formats and copy them to be able to implement them later," but how do you proceed on Instagram ? I find that the discovery of new artists or formats is not really the same. I feel that the feed and reels are not the same thing, and especially the hashtags don't work the same way for finding formats. 3) Would you use the same technique on Instagram to create content, or would you just upload the same short-form content to TikTok/Instagram and not go further in the sense of categorizing Tiktok's short-form content as Insta's short-form content and use the same content? Because I've got customers who'd like content to grow on instagram but I know that reels are a precious tool on instagram so I'm wondering how you'd approach that.
