Untitled 3
It’s the ways I found your warmth In others Parts torn to pieces Made whole To my alliegence To what we could have been It’s the ways My drunken words Will never find you But still wants to speak To acceptance To understanding To my ego Because seeing you smile feeds it I deserve more Than I care for I’m modest I’m honest about myself And that’s the problem Caged bird Free if I feel like I am Just to be here Still silent, waiting To open my doors Will you meet me there?

I'm Not
This is a reverse poem I wrote at a time when I was feeling bad about myself. I struggle with depression and anxiety. "I'm Not" I'm good for nothing I will never believe My life is meaningful I see the truth I'm worthless Even though my mind tells me I'm an amazing person I'm not Why am I so awful? (Now read from bottom to top)
