Cloud Hands with the Tree at Setcops Farm
Where i live with my partner and her kids. We have 7 air BnB Holiday lets and a Wedding events barn.. Behind the barn is this grand old Tree.. Brides and grooms decorate the tree how they like.. And a Polish bride was the one to add the ribbons.. Which is a Polish tradition... Yet, funny enough in China and Japan. Ribbons on a tree mean levels of learning.. And in our School, I use drawings of trees 🌳 in the same way as in China or Japan. Especially their branches to signify different Qigongs. And the ribbons 🎀 represent different levels and layers of each Qigong... But more about this on another post I did a while back..

The Myth of old Age..
Health, Physical, Mental, and Spiritual is maintained and Regained through knowledge practice and understanding.. To change our health we need to change our actions.. As our old ways lead us to where we are right now.. So that means just change your routine on a daily basis.. Do some of the Qigong moves through the day.. Understand that Monkey Mind /Forebrain/Ego Teaches you in the most difficult Way.. Know that our health improves and changes when we focus on What we want rather than what we Dont.. Epigenetics- The Way you Think and feel.. Effects your physical health.. So add new routines to your daily life.. And change things in a small Way.. Small changes grow... ☯️💜🙏💜☯️

I totally get this… Whilst doing the “ obligatory “ post operative exercises, I started to introduce the inhale 5 times exhale 5 times & found this a comforting thing to do… I’ve now increased in to 10 inhale 10 exhale & feel that my movements during the sets of exercises, are more controlled & manageable… looking forward t learning more from you.. 🙏
