@Kim Hodson ok kool Kim i would Say Zhuan Zhong is the best for you right now.. translated as Standing Stake or Tree Qigong.. like TaiChi it is its own full system of exercises that are bound by the 3 M's Philosophy... Martial, Medical, Meditational..

@Kim Hodson won't take you 40 years to learn 100 Qigong... 100 Qigong for Sifu.. Technically I have 4 Sifu levels, and in Wudang Style Tai Chi im Level 2 ( one above Sifu), Drunken Style 2nd sash, DragonDog 5th Sash, ShunDao im 6th Sash ( 6th above Sifu) ☯️💜🙏💜☯️
