A massive thank you... and a quick question.
Alright team, First off, a massive thank you to all 473 of you who have made the Fat Loss Fast Start group what it is. It's been brilliant seeing the wins, the questions, and the lightbulbs going off. As you know, we're closing the doors on this free group at the end of the month. Before we do, I need to ask a quick favour... I'd genuinely love to know: What was your single biggest takeaway or 'win' from your time in here? (Whether it's a new habit, a mindset shift, or something you finally understood). Drop it in the comments below, I'm really keen to read them.

@Mark Bryce will do 😉
Are you still using this group / following the program?
I just want to check the numbers, as we will be wrapping up this group soon. It's been highly rewarding helping many people and getting to know you all through this community. I would have liked to see a few more people commit; however, the problem with free stuff is that people don't always follow through. If there are only a few responses, we will bring the date forward, as there are platform fees. As of today, we won't allow any new members to join, just so we can come to a natural end. If you are looking for further support and a continuation plan, please comment 'LEARN MORE' below

Learn more!… Thank you so much for everything you’ve shared and all the support throughout this program @Mark Bryce .. It’s been such a great experience, and I’ve really appreciated being part of this community. Grateful for all your time and guidance! 💛
Whey Protein
Being 60 - I have read recently that whey protein or protein in general becomes harder to absorb the older we are. Is this really the case? And fermented whey protein is better as the molecule are twice as small making it much easier to absorb the older you are!?!? Am I reading sales gimmicks? Or is there some fact in there?

I’m 62 yrs young! 🤭 Mature adults don’t absorb less protein through digestion. The body’s use of protein is less efficient (so we need more per meal)💪 Regular strength training keeps your muscles responsive.

31st December Timeline
For anyone who hasn't yet taken advantage of this program, with the end-of-year fast approaching, this is your chance. On the 31st of December, I will be retiring the group. We will be announcing a little get-together for those who fancy doing something as a group before we close out the year. This will be in the UK, and I will be putting some ideas forward in the coming weeks. For those who have contributed and continue to contribute, I greatly appreciate you! Remember, this program is just the start. I hope those who have followed it have learnt how powerful it is just to make whole food a priority.

Thank you so much for the update and for everything you’ve shared through this program! It’s been such a valuable journey, and I’ve really appreciated the focus on whole foods and sustainable habits. I’m looking forward to hearing more about the get-together — it sounds like a great way to close out the year and celebrate everything we’ve achieved.
