Task 1 Three Pillars: Problem 1: Abuse/loss has led to problems with fear, memory, attention or decision making. Problem 2: Midlife hormonal shift symptoms are compounding the feelings of being confused and stuck. Problem 3: The individual has lost their sense of identity. My program name is BeMore Task 2 I can draw on experience from teaching and parenting, also a Psychology degree and a level 3 business coaching and mentoring course. I have tested out some coaching techniques from the Expert Coach course on two people totalling over 5 hours. With my son and daughter, I act as their work coach/mentor every day over the past three years. I am currently unofficially mentoring a young entrepreneur. Although, since they still haven't asked for a mentoring relationship I have been setting some boundaries, so that I am not taken advantage of, e.g. not answering their calls on the weekend. Since 2024, I have spent about £5000 on mentoring, coaching and self-development. I haven’t yet started the self-development courses, or specialist coach course I have bought. From the coaching and counselling, I became more comfortable talking about things that were bothering me. I got to identify my fears and relationships blocks holding me back from being my potential. I learnt I could craft my own personality and values (I could let go of outdated culture, religion, gender roles). I got the chance to test things I was avoiding especially around boundary setting. I also identified areas where for now I will not try to make a change. From these experiences, I found that I enjoyed being able to talk with an adult that did not have a vested interest in my life or labour. However, sometimes I felt that I didn’t always get the time or space to speak.

Task 1: What You Don’t Want Tired of inconsistent income? Why? It is keeping me trapped and reliant on others Refuse to chase clients? Why? I want to help people who have faced similar problems at midlife, but I have not crafted my offer yet. Tired of not earning enough? Why? Every desire or decision becomes overly important existentially. I would love to earn enough to help my children get their own place to live and thus free up more of my own time. Tired of lack of time and freedom in your life? Why? I have three adult children at home and two work from home. I feel I am always available to help, listen to them and take on their work stress. I can see this frustrates all my efforts to craft a new career; it also sends the message internally that my own ambitions are not important. Task 2.1: What You Want How much do you want to make per month? £5000 How many clients do you need to hit this target? That would depend on the program I design. I would ideally design something where it’s no more than 5 clients one-to-one per month and course material. What is your ideal price point going to be? £1000 (8 weeks) What is your life going to be like in less than 6 months? I will have enforced boundaries to carve out quality time in my day to finish the self-help courses I have invested in and be testing my coaching own programs Who are you going to commit to making your crazy dream come true? I am my biggest obstacle now. So, I will make that commitment to myself first and my children second. Task 3: Problem Statement 1. I help:(Niche) People at midlife. 2. Who:(Pain) are struggling to find their identity after loss or abuse. 3. Get:(Desire) back their confidence and belief in themselves. 4. By:(Program Name) working with the BeMore program. 5. Method (Method Process) – . Audit their mental wellbeing, stage of menopause or andropause, movement and exercise, and relationships. . Develop a recovery plan. . Set new goals. . Supports clients in achieving those goals.
