I signed up for a half marathon. So Saturday is the race. Should be filled with Christmas views and flat terrain I’m preparing by implementing workouts throughout the week and zero alcohol. Just good food. It’s key to prepare for the race if not my knees and energy will be low and I won’t be able to finish the race. My body is the vehicle that will take me to the end of the race and I need to prepare it. I got chicken and veggies as meal preps all week. All and all I wanna do something fun for my bday week. Something that will push me and bring everyone together to see me or just get inspired on my social media.

I went shopping for new food items, scheduled boxing sessions for Monday and Friday.i want to do a lighting session with you maybe Thursday or Tuesdays. Wednesday run club. Saturday I’m joining a workout with you.
