Thank you! I did it!!! So what now?!
Yesterday was 90 days of me practicing the "I take responsibility for everything in my life" mantra. Yes I made it! So what now?! ... I will continue! Here's to another 90 days and beyond! 🥂 Firstly I want to say thank you to everyone for your support 🙏🏾 ❤️ 💕 Secondly... A few people have asked me what impact has this practice had on me, so I thought I'd share my experience below. 💥 I definitely feel a significant shift in my mindset and overall outlook compared to Day 1. At the beginning, it was challenging to fully embrace responsibility for everything in my life. However, as the days progressed, I started to feel more empowered and in control. 💕By consistently reminding myself of my responsibility, I’ve felt more empowered. I’ve gained a greater sense of control over my actions and decisions, knowing that I am the architect of my own life. 💕 The mantra has also helped me develop a deeper sense of accountability. Firstly - the acountability of actually keeping up the practice for 90 days. Secondly - instead of blaming external circumstances for my problems, I am focusing on what I can do to improve situations, which has made me more proactive and solution-oriented. 💕 Writing this statement daily has also increased my self-awareness. I’ve become more mindful of my thoughts, behaviours, and patterns. This increased awareness means that I'm being more conscious of my choices... >> Choosing how I want to react to things >> Choosing my priorities and what is important >> Choosing to say no to experiences that will only drain me >> Choosing to say yes to experiences that I know will empower me even if it's outside of my comfort zone Overall... It’s been a transformative journey, and I’ve noticed positive changes in my personal life and in my health too. 💥 How has it been for you? For those of you who are beginning... keep it up. Please share how you are finding the experience ... For those of you who are 90 days in or beyond - I would love to hear the impact on you...

Awesome! You are simply amazing Ed. Thank you for all that you are doing to help people. Blessings to you.
What I would have loved to know when I was NEW HERE🚀
I have been thinking about making this post lately, now that we are so many new people here in this loving, encouraging, supportive and uplifting community that Ed have created! First and foremost, welcome to you new people, hope you are ready to get some insights from the rest of the community, open to be inspired, get AHA-moments and eye openers!❤️ 1. Get to know the gamification - here in Skool you level up by contributing with posts, comments and likes, the culture here is really engaging and we like each others posts and comments - so that we can get the points to level up.📈 2. If you want to move quickly, then what I personally came to realize is to have an ACCOUNTABILITY PARTNER for the course, someone that you either are inspired by, want to spend time with, or that you feel you can grow with.🚀💪 3. Practice, practice, practice - find someone or a few to practice with within the group - this is a HUGE advantage for you, to be the better coach when you get your first clients! Personally I WISH I HAD DONE THIS FROM START!💬 4. Take notes, write down the golden nuggets that you get along with the course and also take notes on the course. I started taking notes from comments, and I wish that I did it even more, when looking back.🗒️ 5. Believe in yourself, this have been a LIFE CHANGER for me, in my own apperance - and I know that this will be for some of you guys too!🙏 And remember, we are in the greatest community, we have supportive admins and awesome ''classmates''❤️

Relax But Don’t Quit
What’s meant to be will always find a way. Sometimes we just have to relax, refresh and re-strategise. Sometimes we have to just breathe.

I agree. When what is meant to be finds a way regardless of obstacles, it makes the experience worthwhile and the outcome beautiful.
