Inside The Inbox Season 3 (first summit on Skool! 😜)
I just realised today that it's less than 2 weeks until my first summit on Skool drops... and I am SO EXCITED!!! (and of course our fearless leader is a speaker sharing all about hosting summits on Skool to grow your email list!) The whole event runs March 23 - 26 and includes 22 experts sharing how they’ve grown, nurtured, and sold to their email lists over the past year. All the sessions are short audio interviews (around 15 - 20 minutes) so they’re easy to listen to while walking, driving, or working. If you’d like to join us, you’re very welcome - it will be hosted here on Skool in my Skool community! https://www.skool.com/online-biz-growth (and @Brenda Rigney - your interview was fantastic. Thank you again for being part of it 💜)

Help each other find your next 3 members
One of the best ways to grow is to support each other on Skool. So let's do that 👇 Drop a comment with: 1. Your Skool community name + link 2. Who it's for (in one sentence) 3. What members get when they join Then scroll through and join 3 communities that genuinely interest you. Not to game the algorithm. Not for a follow back. Because you're actually curious and want to connect with people building cool things. Let's help each other get those wins 🙌

@Kimberly Armatys I don’t do anything with it, I just love the smell and it’s my favourite soap.

@Debra Verrall yes they do. I’ll let you in.
Is being creative fluff or is it essential?
This is an age old discussion that keeps going back-and-forth… As an art teacher since 2016, I’ve seen creativity tick a lot of boxes: - It makes us happier. - It reduces stress - Raises dopamine and oxytocin levels. - It relieves chronic pain. - It brought me completely out of a severe panic attack. 💥 Being creative is so powerful, yet we treat it like something we can easily live without. So maybe the question isn’t do I have time to do creative things, but can I afford to live without my creativity? From my perspective, the answer is a resounding NO. 🤔 I’d love your thoughts on this in the comments! And if you’d like some help get started, I have a free group here on Skool called The Watercolor Journey. We are over 250 kind and sweet souls who are waiting to welcome you in. And if you’d like to join the $9 membership before it goes up this Tuesday, I’d love to have you. Either way, I hope you do something to connect with your creativity today, if you’re not already!

Christine's has a wonderful group if you want to play and learn with watercolour. For me creativity is a process, not an outcome and therefore anyone can master it. It is a process we all use everyday in many facets of our lives. As Sir Ken Robinson defined it "Creativity is the process of original ideas that add value" It is a process It is original It adds value. For me the value of doing watercolour is I learn a new medium that I can apply to my products, I can share it with my family, it gives me a new language that I can converse with people about at a party and I can feel productive when I am sitting on the side of the sports field on a Saturday morning. So no I can't afford to live without my creativity. But the value of an artistic pursuit like watercolour will be different for everyone.

The Power of Collaboration ✨🙌
Did you know we have a powerful network in this group? 💪 I didn’t see it when I first joined, but the more I spend time in here, the more support, ideas, inspiration, and networking I see. And it really pays off... I must mention that, as a watercolor coach in a predominantly business-centered community, I didn't expect much. Boy, was I wrong! If you are in a niche group of sorts or even in business and haven't seen much engagement here, don't miss out on the gems hiding in plain sight. Have you had success networking or collaborating in this group? Don’t think your ideal audience is here? Share your tips or questions in the comments! 😊👇

What’s the difference because between social media & community?
Are they the same? Different? What should we post in a community versus what we post on social media? Or a blog? I’m curious what’s been your experience. Please share in the comments.

It feels like one is 'tell and sell' and the other is 'ask and task'
