Free, Freemium, or Paid community??? That is the question...
Today, I listened to Evelyn Weiss' YouTube video about turning your free or freemium community into a paid one (link in comments). The argument was that it's easier to raise your MRR that way! But then I see a lot of folks with paid groups also have free, or freemium ones. Including Evelyn! What's your fave strategy? Free or paid community? And which do you see as more profitable?

@Brenda Rigney I am not sure what he means on the last point, maybe you can help: -----I picked Reels and Shorts. -----Pick one idea worth saying. -----I picked folders as architecture for AI So he did lots of reels and shorts, about one idea. I am not sure what "I picked folders as architecture for AI" is about. Do you know?

I switched back to public communities
I’ve played around with public and private settings in my freemium communities. Today, I flipped back to PUBLIC. AI is reading through google seeing my posts and people talking about me and now Claude or Gemini are recommending people to my community for me. So hello 👋 if you can go public I would.

Yes I am public, I need them to be able to crawl my page - to be searchable so people that want to learn what I share can find me. People can't comment even if they can see. It is like window shopping. They can't buy the nice shirt unless they come into the shop, but they can still be inspired by what they see.
