I made the almond honey power bar! So good!! I will definitely make it again. Had enough to have for breakfast or a snack all week. It was as good today as it was last Saturday when I made it. I did not refrigerate. 😋
Free time? Is there truly such a thing?
Suppose you had a totally free day, no obligations, and you had to stay home, how would you spend your day? Do I do something for myself or someone else? It's okay to do something for ourselves, we aren't used to thinking like that, are we?. I would probably spend part of my day in my sewing room and part of my day reading. What would you do with your free day?

If not too hot, I’d sit outside and read or I would take a painting class. 😊

Just finished the routine work reset. Such good stuff. I’m also redoing a new beginning Bible study I had done it years and years ago. I feel like it could even be a great discipleship study for a new believer whether or not they are struggling with food, fixation, and weight challenges. I’m glad to be back and glad that you guys have this community platform.
