Hi! My name is Jana. I’ve been practicing yoga consistently for 1.5 yrs. My dream yoga poses right now are holding crow for 30 seconds (can hold briefly), perfect chaturangas and wheel. Eventually I’d like to get into backbends and inversions. My favorite yoga pose is downward dog! Fun fact? My claim to fame is my love of K-pop 🤣 it’s the best! I will be seeing Twice in Concert at the end of March.
