I'm always sipping water early am (before I get up) then when I get up - it's my "health beverage" = citrus juice (lemon today), nitric oxide powder, aloe powder, MSM, ACV, sea minerals, and ginger powder.... THEN it's bone broth. THEN it's fat-coffee or tea (Like "bulletproof," only it's my own recipe).

I finished a little diamond painting, my favourite one so far.... And . . . I was mostly on time for all my stuff this month. On time can be hard sometimes!
Habit Stacking
Habit stacking is a behavior-change technique that builds new habits by anchoring them to existing daily routines, significantly increasing success rates. By pairing a new, small action (example: meditating for 1 min) directly after an automatic behavior (making coffee), you reduce decision fatigue and use established brain pathways for consistency. - The Formula: "After I [Current Habit], I will [New Habit]" - Examples: Morning: While the coffee brews, write down the 3 things you’re grateful for. During the day: when sitting down (at your desk, in the car, in the couch) take three deep breaths. Nighttime: after brushing your teeth, speak a positive affirmation to yourself in the mirror (I am worthy) Why it works: it transforms vague intentions into specific. Actionable plans which increase your likelihood of forming a new habit by 81% What habits do you stack?!

@Lara Pettit Yes! I've been thinking about this all day - these habits, practices, protocols - are the scaffold upon which I can build...because it's a foundation, it's difficult to shift - but oh so essential!

@Lara Pettit no - it's more the whole scaffold. Is it the 45 minutes of physio to get vertical? The 2 hours of toileting (bowel probs)? The daily walk & qigong? The ACV/lemon juice mineral drink? The bone broth? The supplements? The filling of supplement trays (for me and the cats!) and management of pain? The compounding, measuring, brewing, refilling of my treatments? It's more overwhelm, very little time & energy for anything else.

February WINS #winwednesday
One important thing that many of us overlook are CELEBRATING OUR WINS! Take a few minutes to reflect on February . . . what were some wins from your month? This does NOT have to be anything huge, did you read? did you move your beautiful body? did you finish something you had been putting off? Think back and share some of your February WINS in the comments!

OMG my classes! I've split them into 3 groups, and it's doubled the size of my school. I love that I can do beginner things with beginners, and find things to challenge the practitioners. I can really struggle to get to class, but once at class, the joy of the session lifts me up, and it's goodness!

@Lara Pettit tai chi!!! Always tai chi!!!! Having the 3 classes - divided by skill level has made my work so much easier and more fulfilling! I can tailor the class to skill level. MUCH HARDER to teach a class with variable skills in the class!
