General March glimmer - it's getting cooler, so we have perfect sunny days and cool breezy nights! Windows open every day, all day. Fresh air, breezes and birdsong!

OMG my classes! I've split them into 3 groups, and it's doubled the size of my school. I love that I can do beginner things with beginners, and find things to challenge the practitioners. I can really struggle to get to class, but once at class, the joy of the session lifts me up, and it's goodness!

@Lara Pettit tai chi!!! Always tai chi!!!! Having the 3 classes - divided by skill level has made my work so much easier and more fulfilling! I can tailor the class to skill level. MUCH HARDER to teach a class with variable skills in the class!

GREAT idea, can't commit. I know y'all would LOVE to see some Aussie Christmas cards, though - I'll check in with you later in the year! (Aussie Christmas = barbie on the beach. Kangaroos pull Santa's sleigh.)

G'day!!!! I saw Lara's video post on the Lothlorien L.O.V.E. Telethon. I used to hang with those folks when I lived in Indiana. When I was in Indiana, I was an accountant, contracting with private individuals, and I had a contract with the US-FDA monitoring grocery stores which accepted SNAP. I also had a GREAT movie contract and could watch free movies every weekend! ANYhow, that was 25 years ago, and now I'm living in Australia (need I say Paradise?) with a loving husband (great catch!). I teach tai chi, qigong, meditation, and sometimes (when invited) I will drum for shamanic trance work. When I heard Lara say: BETTER EVERY DAY - I realised I've been saying that ever since I came out of psychiatry and their drugs. Been seeking to be more positive every day, and to pay forward all the good things that people have done for me for at least 10 years now! Look forward to getting to know you all! I don't want to say I'm a "busy person," more that I'm a low energy person (psychiatry left me with chronic fatigue / fibromyalgia type symptoms) - so I don't know how much I can play here. But I LOVE the concept! Also - crazy cat lady who found a crazy cat man to marry! We have 2, twins, a girl and a boy, now 5 years old. Hopefully we can share pics and stuff? Still learning how it works here. When United Cats was a website, I ran a special forum for "cat people with mental illness in themselves or their cats" - and guess what it was called? The Sunshine Club! So I feel right at home. Hoping I have something to share, maybe I can post a vid or two of tai chi for y'all to try? I have a few tricks up my sleeve for sharing the beauty of life!
