Divorce attorneys and ....
We have a new look for the Golden Goose Skool. We are unveiling concepts on how to secure accounts from divorce attorneys, senior living centers, CPAs, and more. THIS WEEK - GET THIS DONE Have you made the phone call to your title co rep? Better yet, have you met with them to get their feedback on the idea of pursuing probate? You CANNOT get an invitation to the probate attorneys they know, unless........................you ask. GOAL - ARE YOU KEEPING PACE? In the first 90 days, our projected timeline would state you have your first sit-down with an attorney and your introducer. Are you keeping that pace?

I just picked up an invite to a local Probate Professional meet-n-greet for later this month. Looking forward to starting to make these connections. Also scheduled to attend several more events this month (1) The Probate Network Professional, Supporting Families presentation, (2) Dinner/Presentation with Estate Planning Professionals and, (3) Strategic Planning with Arts and Collectibles. Also starting to investigate connections in the Senior Living Centers.

@Kelly Perry If you're anything like me and do better "in-person" than "over phone," run a google search of local probate events near you. Hopefully a great way to meet some of players in person, all while learning together.
The greatest investment you'll ever make is in yourself.
If you work hard at your job, you can make a living. If you work hard on yourself, you can create opportunities that change your future. The skills you learn, the relationships you build, and the person you become will always be your greatest assets.

I think we've all learned the hard way that working harder AT WORK rarely ever produces the same output in reward. However, the reward for working ON YOURSELF will shine through with ever obstacle you encounter. Like Bryan said "Don't wish for things to be easier, but rather obtain the skills that it takes to make even the hardest hurdle just a minor barrier to step over."

Easy - relationships. Yes, we are leaning heavy into the AI world - creating systems that make it easier for us to manage day-to-day life, but if you lose your ability to create actual and REAL relationships, you will grow stagnant. Systems are great but if the 'man behind the curtain' is also driven by AI, then failure is just around the bend.
Most people quit too soon.
Not because their goal isn't possible. Because they don't see results fast enough. Be patient. Write down your vision. Get specific. Train your mind to focus on where you're going—not where you are today. What are you building over the next 84 months?

Simple...I'm building security. Security for myself and family but equally as important, security for those that I'm walking the probate journey with. I remember reading that you must treat your customers like family - get to know them, the real them, and allow that knowledge to guide your relationship.

Real estate is more than buying and selling homes - it's about building relationships, creating opportunities, and guiding people through the process.
