AI is changing the real estate industry—but will it replace relationships?
Technology can automate tasks, analyze data, and improve efficiency. But trust, introductions, and genuine human connections remain at the heart of every successful business. What do you think? Will AI replace agents, or will it simply change the way we work?

AI is changing the real estate industry—but will it replace relationships?
What if your next big opportunity is already in your network?
Most people overlook it—until they realize others around them are already receiving referrals from the right connections. The idea of cold calling, mass marketing, and chasing leads is being replaced by something far more powerful: genuine introductions and trusted relationships. For centuries, business has been built this way. Maybe it’s time to reconnect with your circle of introducers—face to face—and rebuild the foundation of your business.
What if your next big opportunity is already in your network?
"A thoroughbred leader focuses on the destination, not the distractions."
"Run with the thoroughbreds. Leadership is not about keeping up with the pack—it's about developing the discipline, vision, and character to lead it."

CASE STUDY - Litigation Attorney
Sunday night, I was having a conversation with an attorney/friend. I asked for his opinion on my idea to get introduced to probate attorneys. I explained that the probate business is recession-proof. After a few minutes in, he asked if it would be a good idea for him to get a real estate license. He quickly understood that his introductions could create income. BUT IT GOT EVEN BETTER He asked about getting his daughter a real estate license. She was recently divorced and needed a steady income. He is now beginning the process of setting up appointments for him and me to meet for lunch with probate attorneys. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO All you have to do is.....ask people for their opinion about your idea to secure probate. You don't have to ask for introductions. That is not advisable. Let things take their course. We have acres of diamonds all around us. Look for account introductions, not individual leads.
