Slow Creating
I'm not sure how to translate my monthly intention into a daily commitment, but these two pieces by Amie McNee of @inspiredtowrite capture the essence I'm after. Slow creation. Spacious goals I am confident I can complete rather than piling on too many expectations and ending up feeling like I'm coming up short. I'm reminding myself that beautiful things can (and often do) happen slowly and sinking into one or two goals each month can feel as good (or even better) than many.

Synchronicity
Had no idea what this full moon represented but wow is it completely aligned to what I and others shared 😆 love when that happens

Wow. Wow. Wow. 😍
Let it all flow
My takeaways from yesterday - water, tears, money - let them all flow and support one another. Thank you @Sarafina Fornara And taking good care of me takes good care of this little girl. I want her to feel free to express what feels true without guilt and that starts with me learning how to do the same. Love you guys. Thanks for a good call yesterday. ❤️

Thank you all for showing up and co-creating such a sweet space today. I loved this conversation around community. I would love to know what pillars of community came up for you today or anything else you would like to share in the comments I appreciate you!

I love your pillars, Garrett. Some that came through for me are: 1. Warmth 2. Openness 3. Curiosity 4. Permission 5. Adventure/Exploration 6. Humanness/Vulnerability On our call, I shared how I really enjoy community containers where we go on some sort of journey together. There's a feeling of "we're in this together" and we're experiencing, becoming, and transforming. But then I loved when Melissa/Holly shared how some of the best communities are spaces where we feel like we can simply show up and be and how growth occurs naturally as a result. It made me think of this quote by Carl Rogers: "The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change." Our call left me realizing that some of the most impactful community experiences I've had are those where I feel accepted just as I am.
