Roller Skate Buyers Guide📖
I'm creating a roller skate buyers guide and I'm curious what questions do you guys have around buying roller skates, equipment, parts, and accessories? It could be as simple as what is a good first pair of skates or as high-level as when do I know if it's the right time for me to upgrade to custom top-tier pair of roller skates. Lay it all out because I want this to be a comprehensive guide for beginners and advanced skaters alike.

- How do I know when it’s time to upgrade? - Should I always have two pair - one indoor and outdoor if I don’t want to or don’t know how to change my wheels? - How do I know which brand and style is best? - What are the pros/cons of the most popular styles? - Are the lined skates like the og’s hot? - How do you get custom designs? - It’s hard for me to visualize the color ways since in person and the online color lab are so different, any tips? - Any tips on colors styles to avoid? For example I like white, light tan but afraid of how quickly they’d get dirty. With this being a long term purchase I want them to look nice as long as possible. Or maybe there are known best practices for keeping light colors clean… - What’s the best way to get a custom setup in your local market if you’ve seen a setup online you really like? - How can you tell if the local skate shop actually knows their stuff and won’t botch your setup?

TikTok Ban…
Anyone else wonder what they gone watch while they on the toilet when TikTok got banned?😂 I personally don’t indulge in doom scrolling but this ban is still in place on my video editing software CapCut since Bytedance (TikTok parent co.) made it.🥲 So now I need to find something else to edit with.

Nutrition Guide 🥑
I made this nutrition guide to share with my SK8 fam. This is meant to be a simple resource for improving your overall health and fitness so that you feel like your best self when it's time to lace up. This guide was inspired by my personal fitness and SK8 journey, as well as my time in the Air Force as a Chef and fitness Specialist. Learning over time, the different foods to stay healthy and get some gains. I will release a video about this today for Day 54 of 100-day Skate School. Feel free to comment any thoughts or feedback!🕺🏽
