Managing Your Deal Cycle & Workflow...
Just wanted to share some of my early struggles in the game. I have had issues with building my systems. I am a person that is very analytical, I need to know every step involved and be able to reference them at a glance. This meant I needed to know all aspects of what I was buying and eventually selling. I put major emphasis on a few things.. - Having a structured process for building my lists to call on - Having all key and relevant information on the seller or representative - Taking meticulous notes during and after calls - Managing the deal status and promptly addressing any all concerns on the seller & buyer side - Most importantly following up and reassuring ALL parties involved in the deal These are a few of the things that to me had to be somewhat ironed out if I ever want to scale or see consistent success in this game!
