I had an amazing time facilitating a Boots-to-Business Entrepreneur Workshop at Dobbins Air Reserve Base this week on 6–7 May! Over the course of two days, I had the privilege of working with four aspiring entrepreneurs preparing to launch businesses in: • Civil Engineering • Drone Consulting • Agriculture & Wellness • BBQ Food Truck Services One of the highlights of the workshop was hearing from guest speaker Jeremy M. Walker, Founder & Visionary of Helmets To Boots. Jeremy first attended one of my Boots to Business workshops back in September 2023 at the Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurship in Atlanta. Watching his entrepreneurial journey unfold since then has been incredibly inspiring. Since attending the program, Jeremy has successfully launched Helmets To Boots and has recently been recognized with Veteran Business of the Year Awards from: • The Atlanta Airport Chamber • The Warrior Alliance His story is a powerful reminder that entrepreneurship is not just about starting a business — it’s about transforming vision into impact through consistency, resilience, and action.
