Welcome. I’m glad you’re here.
Christ-in-Kundalini is a space for exploring spiritual life as something lived and felt. I hold the path of spiritual growth as deeply personal, and this work is designed to meet you where you are—whether you are new to yoga or Christianity, returning after time away, or long practiced. The work unfolds throughout the year, loosely following the Christian calendar. The intention is not to move toward a single belief, but to stay present with what is forming through embodied practice, reflection, and creative attention. You’ll see the words Shape, Symbol, and Symbiosis here: Shape speaks to the body and the stories we live. Symbol points to the language that helps us touch what is deeper than words. Symbiosis names the space where sensing and knowing meet. This is an interspiritual space that honors many paths. I'd love to hear yours. xxjackie

Good morning! Thank you for accepting me into the community; I am truly grateful, and look forward to learning about and with others. My journey began in a small Methodist church where I fell in love with my Sunday school lessons. During the same time I was introduced to new neighbors who were deeply involved in a small, non-denominational, Christ-centered church. I had so many questions and they seemed to have so many answers as well. By ninth grade I was on fire. Towards the end of high school, I was living right but disconnected from formal religious practice. After graduation, I wandered into the fire, so to speak. Looking back, I was becoming what I practiced. All of the positives had been put to the side as I walked the tightrope over the abyss of potential ruin. Then came across period of time where I became reaquainted with my roots. I began teaching Sunday school and it seemed that the fire had be reignited. Although, the fire was a bit different. It wasn't burning in a single direction, or for a singular system. I began to understand myself as a spiritual being having a human experience. Notwithstanding my new variety, I was able to reconcile what I understood as Christ Consciousness in many of my religious/spiritual experiences/studies. It seemed that I was drawn to the pursuit of getting to the roots of it all so I embraced these new and uncharted paths with open heart and mind.❤️

@Jackie Moloney I think that I have compartmentalized the various aspects of me (more so) in the past. Being more mindful has been helpful. I try to frame everything (at the onset) as I am doing this for God. However, when I reflect it is apparent to me that I am still living separate lives. Work is the most difficult for me to maintain. I am in it for the long haul though. Thank you for the question.
