@Randy Kopplin I had a client that had their account restricted for 5 years. They tried everything and coudn't get it back. I purchased Meta Verified and put in a ticket. I asked specifically to have the support rep call me. They told me nothing could be done. Banned forever. I closed the ticket and put in another one. I got on a call with a different rep and 3 calls back and forth and 30 tabs later, he was able to recover the ability to add payment methods, verify ID, verify email and get the restriction lifted. FB confirmed his account is no longer under restriction, now we are just waiting on FB to allow his unpaid balance payment to go through. Hope this helps.
