Are added carbs better than meat-only for muscle development?
Many claim carbs are a necessary macro to build muscle. Is this entirely accurate? What's your take?

Many a gym bro think this, because carbs will give you more energy and you'll be able to get a more intense workout, and this probably holds true if you are not fat adapted.
How to approach a Carnivore Diet through life's phases...
From pregnancy, infancy, puberty, "prime years," to aging, does human biology seek drastically different versions of a Carnivore diet or does it seek a version that's relatively consistent?

Evolutionarily I would tend to think that once you are weaned as an infant, one would start eating what the rest of the tribe was eating. I know however, that as we age our protein requirements change and we probably need more protein to prevent things like muscle loss.

But doesn't red meat cause cancer? LOL I agree, how would an ancient human even know at what age they have to eating more protein. And what is it about the color of the meat anyway?
Isolated Proteins vs Animal Proteins
Amino acid availability is nearly identical in both versions, according to "digestible indispensable amino acid scores." Could this metric, when dissecting the different cofactors, be skewed? If so, how?

Yes, but aren't protein powders like "whey protein"still animal based. What are some examples of synthetic protein powders. I've never heard of "synthetic" protein powders for sale anywhere. I've only seen whey protein, whey protein isolate and milk protein. I completely agree that there aren't any "cofactors" in protein powders unless they are added in, but can I not just get them from the meat that I eat before or after consuming the protein powder.

@James Dawkins Ok got it.
The Acid Reflux Paradox
Acid reflux is a common disease, often called GERD, yet proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) are one of the most widely prescribed medications which SUPPRESS stomach acid production. Are PPIs solving the problem or perpetuating the problem of acid reflux, and in what ways? Or maybe the food is the root cause? How can a Carnivore approach help resolve GERD?

Well, for starters, meat isn't "hard to digest" as many people falsely believe. It's the fiber that is indigestible and probably leads to GERD. I have never had a bout of GERD one single time on carnivore. I used to have to take antacids all the time eating eating salads and other supposedly healthy things, because I constantly had heartburn. I used to worry when I was taking antacids, because I knew I was raising my stomach PH and was questioning if this was actually a good thing. I was thinking "probably not", because I knew the stomach acid was there for a reason, but I just couldn't stand that burning sensation in my midsection. So, I would think that occasional use of an antacid would be preferable to using a PPI to chronically reduce your stomach acid on a daily basis.
How can you convince clients they can improve physical performance on Carnivore?
Most people still believe carbs and sugars are the primary fuel source for physical excercise. How is this true, and/or false? Carnivores express boundless energy in their physical excercise compared to their previous standard diet performance.

So, how does one convince clients? I have been trying to convince clients that once you are fat adapted you don't need carbs, but they just look at me like I have 3 heads.
