Well, the drama continues, somehow I managed to pinch the nerve of the middle finger on my left hand, wtf is that about?! So once again the work on my current project is delayed. It’s getting better now so we’ll see. In the meantime, some humour, here’s a cultural anthem for those who appreciate Propane and Propane Accessories:

I was going to just post my next exercise assignment from @Coach Gabriel Sebrian directly to him but figured I might as well put it out there for the masses. These are the same exercises I posted before but the task is to play them in all 12 keys local to a region, forcing better ability to grab the 5 positions on demand as needed depending on where I am on the fretboard. Note this doesn’t cycle in 4ths or 5ths (mostly whole steps down). I’m also working hard on avoiding pinky flyaway. This is improving but still some work to be done. This requires repositioning my hand as I fret quite a bit and is taking some effort. I find I need to use the fleshy part of my fingers more and less of the direct tips. Tone quality hasn’t seemed to suffer, unless I’m kidding myself. Sorry for the camera angle not showing my right hand well, and the obnoxious light. I’ll fix by next post.
