Lower Back Tightness? Start With Your Hips
Royal Family, today’s mobility focus is lower back relief. If your lower back feels tight, stiff, or uncomfortable throughout the day, the issue may not only be your back. A lot of times, the hips, glutes, and core all play a role in how your lower back feels. When we sit for long periods, the hip flexors can become tight, the glutes can become underactive, and the lower back may start doing more work than it should. That can lead to stiffness, tension, and poor movement patterns. Today’s 5-minute reset: 1. Half-Kneeling Hip Flexor Stretch30–45 seconds each side 2. Child’s Pose With Side Reach30 seconds each side 3. Glute Bridges2 sets of 10–15 reps The goal is simple:Open the hips. Relax the back. Wake up the glutes. Move better. Do not force pain. Move slow, breathe, and focus on control. This is part of what we are building with the Royal Mobility Method — helping you rebuild your body through better movement, better habits, and daily consistency.
