Kids Ministry Structure Question
Hey! Would anyone be willing to share a brief overview of how your Kids Ministry team is structured and what the different roles on your team look like? It would be incredibly helpful as we think through how to best support our staff, volunteers, and families. Can you also tell me how many kids you have on a Sunday? Hey Molly, I am the Overseeing Pastor for birth - 5th Grade, we break our ages as follows: nursery 0-2 (Nursery Director for this) arouns 100 weekly attendance Preschool 2-6 (Preschool Director for this) around 200 weekly attendance Elementary aged 1st Grade - 5th Grade (I directly oversee this age) around 350 weekly attendance Then I oversee the midweek childcare our church provides (Events, on-site Home Groups etc) the Nursery Director and our Child Supervision director work together for that) Our church is 2000-3000 in weekly attendance. and we have 3 weekend services.
