In the middle of the off-season right now... and I am curious. How often (weekly) would you recommend players train with small sided games?

Shooting games and Small sided games are at the top of the list for off season. Especially with kids. They have to have fun.

@Daniel Cooper with out going into one that is specific ….anything 2on1. Where the person with the ball has all three game options dribble drive, shoot, or Pass.

@Daniel Cooper 1v1, 2v2, 3v3 where the offense has an advantage. Shooting varies shots, the basic……spot up catch and shoot, dribble pull up, relocate catch and shoot. I’m big on basics

@Daniel Cooper I have them do a dribble combinations and then I bounce the ball off the ground and they react to the color they see. Green is crossover into a shot, blue is through or Under leg dribble into a shot, red is behind or wrap into a shot
