I just wanted to let everyone know I answered Tim and Aaron’s questions. They’re both now in the Q&A Classroom Folder. Also for those of you who purchased the World Tour Class, I just uploaded the entire hour long class I taught on Bottom Reverse Half Butterfly. There’s a ton of information in there and it’s the first time I put Slothtopus Guard on there. Any more questions let me know!!!!

I'm also going to make a discord server along side this so if your question requires YOU making a video to ask it I can watch it and post the response in the Q&A Course. Also I posted a side control series that is free with the initial subscription as well as a course that will include techniques and videos from my travels with Pedro for a one time purchase price to follow along and get that content. Excited to nurture and grow this online community.

I'll be answering questions here and also sell full video series that you can use to deeper understand specific subjects and positions.
