Times for Paper Trading
So Iāve never heard any trader elaborate on this and it may seem like a silly question but someone asked me. So, is the best time to paper trade the same as the times when the live market is open? My answer was yes. Just made sense to me. Anyone have a different POV?

Yes. However, in trading view you can go into replay mode and practice whenever you want (with a paid version which is pretty cheap), you just have to set rules and try not to cheat by looking ahead. This can help to practice more, as with live trading you do have to wait for the market to be open, and ideally wait for times when there is higher volume, which is mon-fri from 9:30-noonish.

trading hours and POI
As I do replays on Trading View...and I have kyle's indicators...When I get the prior day highs and lows, what prior day hours are we looking at? Is it just 9:30AM thu 4:30 PM ET? I ask because it seems these have done a switcharoo on me on occasion. It SHOULDNT INCUDE the Asian and London hours, correct? And then, do these separate Asian/London highs/lows serve as POI? Are you using these to create supply/demand zones? thanks

If I remember correctly, in one of his videos Kyle will highlight POIs at Asian and London lows, but those will only be considered if theyāve yet to be taken out. For example, if the London high is higher than the Asian high, the Asian high is then disregarded as a POI. These highs and lows are areas where there are potential points of liquidity (many unfilled orders are sitting there). Thatās the way Iāve understood it at least. A lot of time big movers will force the price back to one of those areas to fill a lot of orders. Hope that helps, one of the coaches may be able to explain it better as well. @Stephen Gerald Onyia
