Feedback is appreciated! My plan for now is to alternate two meal days. Shooting for 2,700 calories to start. Tried 2,500 before and after a week I was starving. Current weight about 270. 6’1” tall and have decent muscle but covered up by a ton of fat. Typical dad bod look now. Skipping breakfast and doing 2 cups of black coffee. Day 1: 2,692 calories 119g Fat, 215g Carbs, 184g Protein. Lunch 720 cals- 2 homemade Rice Krispies squares, 5 chicken meatballs with a little buffalo sauce on them. Dinner 1,663 cals- 3 brioche buns, 1 pound 85/15 ground beef, 2 tbsp BBQ sauce, 2 slices sharp cheddar cheese. Evening snack 309 cals- Oreo/yogurt bowl. Day 2: 2,658 calories, 122g fat, 185g carbs, 190g protein. Lunch 968 cals- 5x eggs, 4x thick bacon, 2.5x tortillas Dinner 1,280 cals- 1 pack long grain rice, 2tbsp sour cream, 3/4 cup taco cheese, 1 pound chicken breast, 6 tbsp salsa. Evening snack 340 cals- 6 blocks dark chocolate
