great work John, I hope our call together helped you get through the weekend
Somebody had to mention this...
I just watched Greg from Kinobody's video on YouTube where he's come out and said he's now injecting himself with Tirzepatide. To say I was shocked and saddened is an understatement. I'm here in Ricky's group because, like I imagine some did, I came to Ricky via his time with Kinobody and Moviestar Chef. I first started following Kinobody back in 2016 and it was a revelation. It was great principles like Ricky uses and which he has tweaked, based on simple strength training with an emphasis on progressive overload, a really easy form of IF (pushing your first meal later in the day to make it easier to eat at a deficit) and walking. All of this fitted in so easily with the rest of your life compared to most fitness regimes. I wanted to post this as I knew it would come up as I know Ricky has worked with Greg in the past and it needed to be said. And Ricky, I'm just so pleased I'm a member of your group where we're getting lean and/or doing lean bulking naturally and without having to inject ourselves with substances which still haven't had long term medical studies regarding safety or side-affects. Really sad to see this from Greg.

@Tim Smith Thank you for this and your long term commitment, I really appreciate it. That being said I am doing my own research on peptides (RETATRUTIDE) and (BPC- 157 for injuries) in particular as the new studies are looking promising, not for fat loss but other benefits like... (RETA) - Improves blood sugar control and insulin sensitivity - Stabilizes energy levels (fewer crashes) - Reduces cravings and improves satiety signaling - Enhances overall metabolic health (glucose, insulin, lipids) - May lower cardiovascular risk factors - Can reduce systemic inflammation - Increases energy expenditure (via glucagon activity) - Supports liver health (reduces liver fat) - Helps with portion control and eating behavior Not promoting any of these, but as a professional at what I do I feel the need to educate myself. So I completely understand where you are coming from because theres no long term studies on them yet that we know of. So the best approach and my suggestions is always to dial in your steps, diet and training routine. PS. Greg is a great guy and only want the best for his following. I still remember the days where he would be pissed at me for including stevia in my recipes or almond flour due to how unhealthy they can be to the body and testosterone. So if he's testing this out its because he really sees a value in them for his long term health. let me know what you think.

Great work John, everything looks good.
Crushed the weekend?
how did everyone do this weekend with their diet and training? Summer is just around the corner, every weekend counts if you want to make a change. More importantly, these new habits will transfer over to a new type of living not just for the summer beach day. You will eventually realize how easy it is staying lean year round while still having a BBQ day out or some drinks. It's all about installing these habits I'm teaching you inside Fitter after 40. Goal is to get 1% better each week, 1% leaner and work on a new habit until they are all engraved inside you. Let's go!
