Rehab
Rehab for age-related muscle loss shouldn’t default to one command ''lift heavier'' Strength matters but how the body moves matters more. Weak ankles quietly steal balance. Poor leg coordination wastes strength. Lost movement control turns power into risk. Training the ankles restores stability from the ground up. Whole-leg coordination teaches muscles to work together again. Control drills retrain timing, balance and confidence the difference between moving with force and moving with safety. Heavier weights build muscle. Better movement builds longevity.

Great post! While my upcoming rehab journey isn’t age related, this a great reminder abt the intention and overall process. Love it! πŸ’ͺ🏽
