Having trouble accessing the Clief Notes Agent or extension? Read this first.
Quick reference in case you run into any issues getting set up or using the Clief Notes Agent + Roadmap. Go to Start Here → How to Access your Clief Notes Agent & Roadmap and follow the steps. **Browser Compatibility** The Clief Notes extension only works on Chromium-based browsers that support Chrome extensions. You can use: - Google Chrome - Microsoft Edge - Brave - Opera - Opera GX - Vivaldi - Arc Safari and Firefox are not currently supported. For the smoothest experience, we recommend using Google Chrome. **Troubleshooting Guide** - Don’t know your Skool @username? Go to your Skool profile → under your name, copy and paste your @handle. See the image for reference. - If you lost access in the extension: Most of the time, all you need to do is sign out and sign back in using the same email you originally used. - If you see the Creator Dashboard: If you ever get logged out or land on the Creator login, simply switch over to Student and log back in using the same email. - If the extension is gone: Log out and log back in with the same account. - Important: Use the same email every time. That is what keeps your profile, roadmap progress, quiz data, and AI personalization connected. If something goes wrong, you get stuck, or your question isn’t covered here, comment below and tag me or @Nazar Tymiv . We'll help you get sorted.

@Julian Allan no worries. There was also a bit of a delay in the system updating my profile with my likes and comments to get to that next level.
Turning 40, freaking out a bit, need a bit wisdom
hey everyone, I'm turning 40 this months and are having a bit of a mid-life crisis 😁 which is good because I start thinking about what I have achieved and what is yet to come. also about family, health and everything really... the big thing for me is also AI and especially what we are learning here in this community. honestly, it still blows my mind what I have seen, witnessed and develop here since I joined the community in March this year, is, truly incredible. my own journey with AI through this space and engagements here have also exceeded my own expectations. since I'm relatively new to AI, although my first machine learning project was back in 2015 teaching a software the Ge'ez (old Ethiopian language) alphabet und how to read ancient manuscripts, I work as AI Officer at NPO and humanitarian aid organisation. this is wild to me, because 2,5 year ago I was unemployed (almost 2 years in total). so not sure where all of this heading and what's possible. turning 40 years yet make an important impact for me. not sure if most people in here are above or below 40...? but for those who turned 40, how was it for you?

In my early 50s here, I don't really find my age impacting how well I can learn new things. I do have a more difficult time remembering things I don't write down, but I'm a lot better at writing them down now. The thing that bothers me the most is if I enjoy more than two beers in one sitting. I feel it for three days.
Afternoon & High Tea Cancelled 9/12/2026
📢 Update on Afternoon Tea & High Tea Hi Clief Notes Community, I want to share an important update regarding our weekly Afternoon Tea and High Tea sessions. As many of you know, our team is currently deep in the rollout of the Lyceum Program, which is a major initiative requiring significant time, coordination, and support. With this expansion, we’ve found ourselves stretched too thin to host today's Tea sessions at the level of quality and consistency you deserve. Sincere apologies for the last minute notice, however, the pivot is necessary today. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize what’s most important for the community right now. Thank you for your patience, your energy, and your continued commitment to Clief Notes.

One file, every agent reads it — that's the whole trick
I just watched the Jake Van Cleef breakdown, and the biggest thing that stood out to me was the single-source-of-truth setup — one claude md and agend md file per project folder/sub-folder. It clicked because I'd already built something close to this in my own Obsidian vault without realizing it had a name — a root file with the rules, and folder-level files underneath it. My main takeaway was the back-routing rule: if the answer isn't in the file you're in, go back up to the parent instead of wandering the whole workspace. The experiment at the end, and watching the agent hop file to file just from reading instructions with no extra prompt, helped me understand why that back-routing rule matters. It keeps the agent from burning time searching once you scale past a couple of folders. Going forward, I'm going to prove out true cross-app portability, pointing my vault's root instruction file at a different agent (not just the one I built it with) and confirming it reads the same map and behaves the same way, instead of assuming the file alone is enough.

@Bogdan Pascal looks cool, I’ll research further. However, without understanding in more detail I would probably lean to Nate B.’s open brain concept before looking at other potential solutions. You can start here if you’re not familiar: https://youtu.be/HgAQOkG_v8c?is=dMJZt28CX2CLzzsQ

@Aurel Babiš interesting- thanks for sharing
What did you actually build this weekend? ️
Three days into Implementation Playbooks. I want to know what came out of it. Not what you watched. Not what you understood. What did you actually MAKE? - An animation you finally got working? - A folder structure that finally makes sense for your AI setup? - A browser workflow that's saving time? - Or something else entirely? Drop it below. Doesn't matter how small. Some of the most useful things in here started as the smallest outputs. And if you got stuck on a step... Don't sit there spinning. - Bring it to the Clief Notes AI - Bring it to the next call - Go back to the lesson and figure out WHERE you got stuck. That's part of the build. The roadmaps aren't here to make you feel like you completed something. They're here to make sure you walk out the other side with something you can actually use. Drop what you built below. 👇

Had a little bit of fun in celebration of Week 1 of the college football season. creating title: CFB Best Bets description: "Weekly ICM pipeline producing a Saturday college football best-bets report — bets grouped into ET kickoff rounds (R1/R2/R3) plus optional early and late parlays, spreads and totals ranked equally. Runs Friday night off Thu/Fri results and the week's published cards; leverages the eight tracked sources from [[ResearchHub_SportsBookCFBPlaybook|0327]], CLV-weighted with independence caps. Built through Phase 3 on 2026-09-05 and run live twice the same day (R1 partial, R2 full-board). Betting sheet: `Outputs/20260905_CFBBettingSheet_W01.html`." ## H1 — What This Project Is ^h1 > A weekly, repeatable procedure that produces a **Saturday college football best-bets report**. It runs Friday night — late enough to absorb Thursday and Friday results and the week's published handicapper cards, early enough to bet Saturday morning at a decent number. The report organizes bets into **kickoff rounds** (R1 noon–3pm ET, R2 3–6pm, R3 6pm–end of slate) and offers an **early parlay and a late parlay** of 3–8 legs drawn only from flagged best bets. Spreads and totals are equal citizens: when the spread board is thin, over/unders carry the card. > > The method is inherited from [[ResearchHub_SportsBookCFBPlaybook|0327]]: a fixed set of eight tracked sources, scored on **closing-line value** with a hard independence cap so correlated voices cannot manufacture a consensus. Structure follows ICM (Interpretable Context Methodology) — the folder tree does the orchestration, one stage's `output/` is the next stage's input, and a human reads every stage output before the pipeline moves.
