Joined VIP after plateauing on all my lifts and the results have been INSANE! Squat went from 100kg 1RM to 125kg for reps, pull-ups +25kg to +45kg for reps, and bench 86kg to 105kg. I even unlocked muscle-ups/front lever without training them, and HSPUs went from 3 to 7! I have crazy anxiety, so I was really hesitant to join, but I’m SO glad I did. Sam is friendly, responds fast, addresses my concerns, adjusts things to what works for me, and I’m still smashing PRs!
