How to find CEOs that are actually hiring right now
Hey everyone โ€” something I kept running into when doing outreach is that a lot of the companies Iโ€™d contact either werenโ€™t hiring at all, or already had an internal recruiter. I know Iโ€™m not the only one here whoโ€™s felt that frustration. Last week I tested out a system that solved this for me, and now I can build a list of CEOs who are actively looking for talent. Best part โ€” it costs less than $20/month to run. Hereโ€™s the breakdown: 1. Use Make.com. This ties everything together. I set it up to run weekly, so every week I automatically get a fresh batch of leads that I know are in the market for new hires. 2. Apify + Anymail Finder. Apify scrapes job postings from LinkedIn, then Anymail Finder helps me pull the right decision makerโ€™s email address. 3. Perplexity AI. If you grab an API key, you can plug it into Make. It researches each company and writes a quick personalized icebreaker, so your outreach feels genuine instead of copy-paste. 4. Send it to your CRM or Google Sheet. That way your emails and data are organized and ready for your campaigns. So now, instead of guessing who might need recruiting help, Iโ€™m reaching out only to CEOs that I know are actively trying to fill positions. Makes outreach a lot smoother and a lot more effective. Hope this helps someone here โ€” let me know if you want me to clarify any part of the setup ๐Ÿ™

Awesome Content Stephen
Glad to be here. I just had couple questions. 1.)Since the client will be paying for the ad spend. What is a great budget to start $100-$300 or more? 2.) who are the best decision maker to speak to about this service? Other than the CEO? From your experience Thank you any recommendations are welcomed

@Stephen van der Meij I have experienced as an inbound sales rep. Iโ€™ve never advertised. What would be a sufficient budget? I understand cause per lead place apart. Do you think $300 for one campaign would be enough?
